We hire out tackle on a daily or weekly basis. Fishing rod lengths are traditionally from 13' up to 16' and the reels we prefer to supply with a floating line - most of the time it is novices/beginners who will be using them and it is much easier to learn on a full floating line .

River Spey fishing permits are available from Mortimers Fishing Tackle shop in the High Street and Booking in advance is advisable either through us or direct with http://www.mortimersofspeyside.co.uk
Permits for the Strathspey Angling Association waters which flow through Grantown. The SAA waters consist of a five and a half mile beat of Association water plus another mile and a half of Upper Castle Grant(which is fly only April-end Sept). Included in all ticket options are thirteen miles of the River Dulnain (one of the main tributaries of the Spey).
WEEKLY TICKET
Valid for 7 days i.e. Monday to Monday / Tuesday to Tuesday etc - inclusive of start and finish day. The price also includes Upper Castle Grant.

DAILY TICKET
Daily ticket runs from 9am to midnight only. There is no access to Upper Castle Grant.
