It was a perfect quiet location yet close to all restaurants etc in the town. Lovely room with an excellent view. Val and Sandy were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was first class. We were going to a wedding but as we had the key to the front door there was no problem about being back really late. It's Val and Sandy's house but the rooms have their own separate entrance which makes it very private. We had booked the double room with an external bathroom but we swopped to the first floor ensuite which was bigger and had the view.

Good sized room for family of 3. Free to come and go as we pleased which isn't always easy in bed and breakfast accommodation. Discount at local hotel for supper thanks to owner of b&B. Spotless room. Helpful and friendly landlady. Everything was fine but it needs to be made even clearer that no credit cards will be taken as payment. Luckily I still had a cheque book with me!

Val & Sandy were great hosts, what an excellent place to stay. Will definitely go back if we visit Grantown on Spey again.

We arrived with a lousy weather, lots of rain, but as we entered, the warm welcome of the owners made us forget those conditions outside. It was much better than I antecipated when I booked the room (and I really was expecting to be good!...). The owners are superb hosts and make you feel like part of their own family. Great experience. Great breakfast. Spotless cleaning. Definitely a place to be back in a next visit to Scotland.

Lovely clean guest house . Really comfortable bed - super bathroom . a really good choice of breakfast - which would cater for everyone's needs and tastes . Plenty of parking space . Not far from the main road but very quiet . Easy to walk from Westhaven to local woods and public footpaths - so I didn't need the car . Hosts very knowledgable about the local area and further afield . Super hosts - made to feel very welcome - treated more as a friend rather than a guest - thank you !

Porridge with a dram was excellent. Huge bathroom/shower room was nice (although it was across corridor from bedroom, this was not a problem) I would describe place as a bed and breakfast rather than hotel. View from the bedroom over the hills as the sun set was somthing I'll remember for a long time.

We enjoyed being very comfortable and well cared for. We did not like the fact that the bathroom was not en-suite, but we got over it, the jacuzzi was excellent.

Warm, friendly, helpful landlady and her husband. Three minutes from the main street of Granton. I have no issues at all my stay it is a very nice B+B.
